You will guide team members, deliver exceptional customer service, and execute Lids products, promotions, and membership programs. Your responsibilities span sales results, store operations, product presentation, and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Achieve sales targets through Lids selling strategy execution
- Offer product expertise and exceptional service to customers
- Maintain visual merchandising, windows, mannequins, and seasonal layouts
- Monitor product levels, sell-through, and inventory accuracy
- Manage cash handling, audits, facilities, supplies, and equipment
