Reporting to the Services Lead, the Services Technician analyst provides troubleshooting, repairs, installations, and technical assistance for systems, peripherals, instrumentation devices, and hardware. This position combines advanced Windows support with computer assembly, operating system installation, equipment maintenance, user training, and accurate ticket documentation. The work requires collaboration with Operations, clients, business partners, IT divisions, vendors, and corporate stakeholders. Insight is a Fortune 500 Solutions Integrator with expertise in cloud, data, AI, cybersecurity, and intelligent edge.

Key Responsibilities:

- Diagnose system hardware, software, and operator problems




- Perform initial triage and refer complex problems appropriately
- Assemble and configure computers and peripheral devices
- Perform routine equipment maintenance and upgrades
- Enter commands and verify correct system operation

Requirements:

- Advanced troubleshooting experience with Windows operating systems
