Position: Elite Canvasser / Community Outreach Representative
Schedule: Flexible hours, including weekdays and weekends
Compensation: Commission-based with an earnings floor of $20/hour, including vacation and statutory pay, plus performance bonuses.

We're looking for friendly, motivated and outgoing individuals to join our canvassing team in Peterborough,Oshawa,Cobourg Ontario

If you enjoy meeting new people, working outdoors and being part of a supportive team that values you, this could be a great opportunity for you.

Previous canvassing experience is not required!

What You'll Be Doing

-Visit residential neighbourhoods and introduce homeowners to Nutrafarms.

-Engage with potential customers in a friendly and professional manner.

-Generate leads and appointments for our sales representatives.

-Collect accurate customer information using a company-provided tablet.

-Work alongside your team to achieve performance goals.

-Represent Nutrafarms positively within the community.

What We're Looking For

-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.





-A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

-Reliable, punctual and self-motivated team players.

-Comfortable walking and working outdoors.

-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Previous sales, customer service or canvassing experience is an asset but not required.

Compensation & Bonuses
Commission of $60 per completed qualifying virutal farm tour, including vacation and statutory pay.

Earnings floor of $20 per hour, including vacation and statutory pay, administered through the company's draw system.

Additional performance bonuses based on completed virtual farm tours.

Prospect to increase earnings through strong performance.
