Our unique service combines customer satisfaction with environmental sustainability.ResponsibilitiesAssist customers in understanding The Junkluggers service and schedule.Handle customer interactions through various channels including phone, email, and text message.Address a broad spectrum of customer needs, from booking appointments to general inquiries.Communicate directly with customers regarding current and future service requests, including scheduling, rescheduling, and canceling appointments.Evaluate customer needs quickly and provide efficient, effective options, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.RequirementsMinimum 1 year of sales experience.Solid verbal and written communication skills, including grammar, punctuation,



and spelling.Ability to work at least 20 hours per week during the operating/peak hours.Must be available Monday through Sunday (including holidays) between 7AM and 8PM MST/EST depending on shift.Must collaborate, show accountability, and maintain integrity.Compensation$21.50 CAD per hour.Marketplace Licensing Fee of $2.00 per hour and Live Xchange Service Fee of $1.00 per hour are deducted.ScheduleBuild your own schedule from available business hours.
