Canada Goose seeks a creative production specialist in Toronto to coordinate campaign execution, approval workflows, and final delivery across departments.

The Project Specialist, Production works with IMC, Brand Marketing, E-commerce, Design, Merchandising, Sales, and other teams. You will partner with Creative, Design, Post-production, and external vendors. The position supports integrated marketing projects across various mediums and manages multiple deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support production management for marketing calendar campaigns
- Manage project requests, briefs, resources, and status reporting
- Participate in project briefing sessions
- Communicate production requirements to creative management teams




- Maintain relationships with external suppliers and internal partners

Requirements:

- Minimum five years’ experience in production or project management
- Experience producing content across wide-ranging mediums
- Ability to manage multiple projects under varying deadlines
- Ability to negotiate project scopes, timing, and budgets
- Knowledge of production roles, set etiquette, and post-production techniques

Use creative production expertise, stakeholder communication, and approval coordination to move Canada Goose projects from concept toward delivery.
