Build private jet charter revenue for Execaire Aviation at YUL through client development, aircraft matching, and responsive sales support. Serve aviation customers professionally.

Reporting to the Director of Sales, the Charter Aircraft Sales Representative manages requests from new and existing clients. You will provide third-party charters for Execaire and Image Air fleet aircraft, then source sub-charters when necessary. The work combines sales development, flight organization, customer follow-up, and issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Promote sales and develop new client relationships
- Prepare quotes and maintain accurate quote statistics
- Find sub-charters when fleet aircraft are unavailable
- Follow up on ongoing chartered flights
- Resolve issues and provide continuing customer support

Requirements:

- College or university diploma in a relevant field
- Three or more years of similar experience
- Positive knowledge of the MS Office suite
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work creatively and independently
