As a Technical Support Specialist Telecom, you will support software users by phone, chat, email, and screen sharing. You will translate complex technical issues into tangible solutions while managing cases effectively. The role values creative solutioning, customer focus, quick learning, and the ability to remain level-headed in challenging, changing circumstances. Experience with SIP, RTP, call flows, SMS routing, SMPP, delivery receipts, carrier filtering, or Brand Registration is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist customers with all aspects of ServiceTitan software
- Translate complex technical issues into practical solutions




- Leverage support tools and resources to resolve cases
- Conduct in-depth testing during technical investigations
- De-escalate customers and prevent unnecessary escalations

Requirements:

- Technical support experience or preferred Bachelor’s degree
- Productive, resourceful problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Customer-centric, self-motivated, and eager to learn
- Ability to multitask and perform effectively under pressure
