This Assistant Food and Beverage Manager position suits a supervisor with hotel or restaurant experience and effective people-management skills. You will communicate guest feedback and shift notes, oversee storage and dining areas, maintain health-code compliance, and support daily operations. Work includes billing, inventory counts, order unpacking, and service across venues.
