This Maintenance Stores Coordinator position oversees warehouse administration, stock control, ordering, and part distribution. You will support Maintenance, Engineering, Operations, Reliability, planners, schedulers, and commercial partners. The work focuses on lean inventory, safe storage, quality goods, delivery timing, and cost control for daily operations and projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage stores warehouse order, cleanliness, and availability
- Coordinate site parts through delivery to end users
- Maintain inventory lists through periodic stock checks




- Input new spare parts with correct documentation
- Identify lower-cost alternatives and contract opportunities

Requirements:

- Proven production or maintenance environment experience
- Strong organizational capabilities for stores coordination
- Inventory management experience
