This DZ Driver reports directly to the transportation manager and operates company vehicles and equipment safely. The work involves loading trucks, completing daily inspections and transportation documents, maintaining vehicles, and following health, safety, environmental, and administrative procedures. Bulk liquid experience is an asset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate tanker equipment under company procedures and legislation
- Prepare pre-trip and post-trip inspection documentation
- Complete manifests and logbooks legibly each day
- Participate in scheduled transportation on-call rotations
- Follow customer and third-party site requirements
Requirements:
- Valid DZ license and current required abstracts
- At least one year of driver/operator experience
- Demonstrated ability to operate a tanker
- Solid written and exceptional verbal communication skills
- Legal eligibility to work in Canada
