This full time Manufacturing Shift Supervisor position oversees employee coordination and functional and disciplinary management. You will organize shift tasks, preserve accurate shift-related information, and respond to workplace matters. The position also supports production improvements by recording and addressing wastage and organizational opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate shift changes and daily production activities
- Assign employees using the qualification matrix
- Maintain shift information within shop floor management
- Record wastage and pursue potential production improvements

Requirements:
