Drive warehouse productivity and safety compliance at Sysco through coaching, inspections, and proactive operational improvement. Support colleagues across daily outbound activities.

This Outbound Warehouse Supervisor monitors overall productivity, analyzes productivity reports, and identifies barriers causing indirect time. You will complete warehouse inspections, safety observations, coach cards, and facility audits. The position includes scheduling, incentive program support, timecard accuracy, and compliance with company policies, safety programs, and industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and improve overall warehouse productivity
- Generate and analyze productivity reports regularly
- Identify barriers causing indirect time and work delays




- Record indirect work delays in SWMS
- Prepare work and vacation schedules for direct reports

Requirements:

- Minimum two years’ experience in logistics or warehousing
- Preferred warehouse supervisory experience
- High School Diploma required
- Logistics or Operations diploma or degree preferred
- Knowledge of SWMS, Workday, Synetellic, CANVAS, or Intelex preferred
