This Enterprise Enrolment Analyst partners with IT, Sales, Implementation, clients, and external partners. Responsibilities include electronic enrolment, manual-to-electronic change management, issue resolution, reporting, and system reviews. The position also provides subject matter expertise and may back up Business Analysts when required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate electronic enrolment with internal stakeholders
- Manage conversion from manual to electronic enrolment
- Resolve enrolment file layout and system issues
- Produce reports from enrolment activity analysis
- Provide enrolment subject matter expertise

Requirements:

- Bilingual French and English proficiency
- Degree, diploma, or related work experience
- Resourcefulness when working through complex challenges
- Advanced Excel and database utility skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
