This Collections Specialist role focuses on reducing overdue receivables, bad debt, and write-offs while improving cash flow. You will assess payment issues, negotiate arrangements, recommend escalation, and coordinate resolutions. Strong organization, adaptability, and attention to detail support accurate work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prioritize collection efforts across assigned customer accounts
- Negotiate payment arrangements and monitor commitments
- Recommend credit holds or external action
- Follow up on debit notes and invoicing disputes
- Request account adjustments and corrections when necessary

Requirements:

- Five or more years of credit and collection experience
- Skilled in dispute resolution and negotiation
- Excellent problem-solving and adaptability skills
- Solid organizational and prioritization abilities
- CCP designation or enrolment is an asset
