You’ll lead forecasting, reporting, project financial performance, and accounting operations while serving as a trusted advisor to senior leadership.You’ll partner closely with Principals, Studio Leaders, and Project Managers, translating financial information into meaningful business decisions that support both creative excellence and sustainable growth.What You’ll DoLead budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cash flow planningPartner with Project Managers and Studio Leaders to monitor project performance and profitabilityProvide strategic financial analysis and recommendations that support business decisionsOversee project billing, collections, and revenue managementChampion the effective use of CMAP to improve reporting, forecasting, and project insightsLead and support an Accountant responsible for bookkeeping and payrollStrengthen financial systems, reporting processes,
