Lead payment implementations for Jonas Club in Markham, coordinating client onboarding, gateway configuration, and production go-live activities. This full time role supports Canada-based clients.

As a Payments Implementation Specialist, you will own onboarding from kickoff through go-live. You will coordinate projects, configure payment environments, and guide merchant account setup. The work spans card transactions, ACH/EFT processing, payment gateways, hardware deployment, and integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own implementations from kickoff through client go-live
- Coordinate timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and escalations
- Guide merchant documentation collection, validation, and tracking
- Coordinate gateway testing, certification, hardware, and production cutover




- Provide client updates, training, walkthroughs, and issue resolution

Requirements:

- Three or more years in implementation, coordination, onboarding, or success
- Payments, fintech, banking, software, or technology industry experience
- Understanding of card, ACH/EFT, gateways, settlement, and terminals
- Proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with PCI DSS and payment security practices
