This Food and Consumables Associate supports customers while maintaining shelves, tables, and bunkers in the food and consumables area. You will assist with stocking and sales, check expiration dates, and ensure merchandise is correctly signed and priced. Daily work follows procedures for food handling, temperature recording, cold chain compliance, and product rotation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and zone food and consumables merchandise areas
- Assist with stocking and selling department goods
- Rotate products and check sell-by and expiration dates
- Record temperatures and complete thermometer calibrations
- Apply ordering, clearance, pricing, and labeling procedures
Requirements:
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Ability to provide exemplary customer service
