Support children and youth with behavioral challenges as a Child and Youth Care Worker in a group home setting. Part-time and casual shifts are available.

This position provides care 24 hours, seven days weekly, supporting social, mental, physical, cultural, and spiritual needs. You will participate in home and community-based activities while addressing moderate to severe behavioral problems. On-the-job training and support are provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide care in a group home setting
• Support children and youth across daily living areas
• Participate in home and community-based activities
• Develop and implement recreational and life skills programs
• Support community access and awareness activities

Requirements:

• Child and Youth Care Worker Diploma preferred
• Related human or social service education is an asset
• Valid Emergency First Aid Certificate with CPR
• Valid Class 5 BC drivers license
• Food Secure Certificate and effective communication skills
