As Senior Analyst, Supply and Demand Planning, you will manage approximately 300 SKUs across a subset of the Canadian business. You will develop, review, publish, and adjust forecasts with Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain. The work connects promotional plans, distribution changes, shipment history, competitor activities, and marketing plans to consumer demand signals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead sales account calls to review and adjust forecasts
- Contribute to S&OE; and S&OP; planning processes
- Analyze demand impacts from launches, pricing, and distribution changes




- Evaluate promotional plans against historical performance
- Conduct forecast error root cause analyses and corrective actions

Requirements:

- University degree required
- More than three years in demand planning, sales, or supply chain
- Strong analytical, organizational, decision-making, and presentation skills
- Cross-functional interpersonal and influencing abilities
- Planning application experience, including SAP, APO, Kinaxis, or SAS
