Support daily retail execution, team coaching, and customer service as an Advisor Lead at Sport Chek’s on-location store.

This intermediate retail leadership role helps oversee shifts across an assigned department and other store areas when needed. You will guide active selling, coordinate visual merchandising and restocking, promote Triangle loyalty, and support sales goals. Sport Chek serves Canadians focused on wellness.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide general shift oversight within assigned store departments
- Execute pricing, restocking, inventory, and signing tasks
- Supervise seasonal changeover and visual merchandising upkeep
- Promote company programs and Triangle loyalty activities
- Help ensure daily store sales goals are met

Requirements:

- Six or more months of retail experience
- Proven daily planning ability for departments and stores
- Experience training and mentoring employees
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Interest in active, healthy living
