The Warehouse Associate I performs specialized or generalized warehouse work across departments. Responsibilities include loading, unloading, sorting, picking, stocking, staging, transportation, shipping, returns, and inventory verification. Work follows prescribed processes under close supervision, with guidance available for non-routine issues.

Key Responsibilities:

- Load and unload materials from racks, shelves, and vehicles
- Sort, pick, stock, stage, and transport goods
- Install bracing, padding, or strapping during transportation
- Verify system inventory matches floor inventory
- Maintain clean, correctly organized work areas

Requirements:

- High school diploma or GED strongly preferred
- Zero to two years of relevant experience
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand beyond 60 minutes when required
- Forklift experience preferred
