Protect Walmart Canada customers, associates, and merchandise through store security, investigations, and loss prevention at Delta, British Columbia. Work varied shifts as business needs require.
The Asset Protection Associate supports a safe, secure, and qualified store environment. You will patrol the store, verify security features, investigate financial and physical shrink, and communicate findings to Store Leadership. The work also includes emergency response, case support, and external apprehensions when required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily store patrols and monitor security conditions
- Verify doors, showcases, and security features function properly
- Investigate theft, shrink, and assigned ethics cases
- Communicate findings to leadership and relevant stakeholders
- Support evacuations, emergencies, and external apprehensions
Requirements:
- Must be age 16 or older
- Security Guard License preferred for this position
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to manage repetitive stocking and organizing tasks
