As a Shift Supervisor, you will support smooth store operations while creating welcoming guest experiences. Responsibilities include opening and closing procedures, merchandising, order fulfillment, and maintaining cannabis product knowledge. You will also uphold company policies, support promotional activities, and help keep the store clean, organized, and safe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and create positive shopping experiences

Requirements:
- Required retail experience
- Supervisory retail experience preferred
- Current valid Provincial Cannabis Certification
- Ability to delegate and take ownership
- Availability across two or more locations
