Reporting to the Senior Manager – Strategic Sourcing, the Stores Manager develops and implements improvements for stores processes. The position requires inventory management experience, analytical skills, organizational ability, and Microsoft Office proficiency. You will support procurement, inventory accuracy, team development, and operational resources.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain official PAL stores process reference materials
- Coordinate with Procurement and Stores Clerks across each base
- Review inventory types and quantities, redistributing stock as required
- Identify inventory inaccuracies and implement preventative actions




- Lead Stores Clerks and resolve stores process non-conformities

Requirements:

- Degree or diploma from a recognized post-secondary institution
- At least five years of hands-on inventory control experience
- Experience using electronic inventory management programs
- Solid analytical, organizational, oral, and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and demonstrated leadership qualities
