The Industrial Millwright position focuses on maintaining and repairing papermill equipment, buildings, grounds, and related systems. Candidates need Industrial Maintenance education or Red Seal certification, manufacturing experience, and mechanical knowledge. Welding, fabrication, and communication skills are also required for this work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain papermill equipment through mechanical preventative maintenance
- Repair buildings, grounds, and associated position systems
- Participate in department shutdown work
- Complete required weekend duty
- Handle other duties assigned to the position

Requirements:

- Three to five years in a manufacturing workplace
- Industrial Maintenance education or Red Seal
- Mechanical and technical knowledge
- Welding and fabrication capabilities
- Excellent communication skills
