This customer-facing position serves as part of Casino Rama’s Food & Beverage team. You will greet and seat guests, manage restaurant reservations, control seating flow, and support service standards. The role may involve working in your primary outlet, other outlets, and banquets according to service skill level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain professional appearance and positive service etiquette
- Seat guests pleasantly while controlling restaurant seating flow
- Manage reservations, coupons, comps, and VIP communication
- Resolve guest concerns and alert management when needed
- Maintain clean, organized, protected restaurant lobby areas
Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Outgoing, confident, and personable attitude
- Excellent verbal English communication and literacy skills
- Ability to stand and walk during eight-hour shifts
- Smart Serve certification or ability to acquire it
