Freight Team Associates stock shelves, pack merchandise, and maintain overheads throughout the store. The work includes merchandising promotions, operating material-handling equipment, and providing customer service when required. Associates also pick, carefully pack, label, and stage orders. This position reports to the Freight Team Supervisor and requires effective communication, organization, and customer focus.

Key Responsibilities:

- Stock merchandise onto shelves to achieve full availability
- Pack out and pack down merchandise as directed
- Merchandise recent items and promotional products
- Maintain clean,



accessible, visually appealing aisles
- Organize overheads and communicate proper product locations

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Retail or distribution experience is an asset
- Interpersonal and organizational skills
- Reach truck, forklift, or order picker knowledge is an asset
- Ability to climb ladders up to sixteen feet
