This Cleaner role supports the Residential team while reporting to the Property Manager. Responsibilities span vacant and renovated suite preparation, common-area upkeep, kitchens, bathrooms, carpets, supplies, and property concerns. Your work helps maintain clean, safe, and presentable Northview properties for residents and prospective residents.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with vacant and renovated suite turnover preparation
- Steam clean carpets and area rugs when required
- Maintain orderly, trash-free entrances, suites, and common areas
- Report damaged fixtures, hazards, and maintenance deficiencies




- Communicate cleaning supply replenishment needs

Requirements:

- Commercial cleaning equipment experience is an asset
- Residential, commercial, hotel, or multi-unit experience is an asset
- Ability to work independently within established timelines
- Qualified communication with residents, staff, and contractors
- Clear criminal record check free of relevant convictions
