As Store Manager, you report to the District Manager and lead an inclusive store environment. You coach and develop teams while pursuing sales, web orders, recruiting, performance management, training, and operational objectives. Problem solving and operational excellence support your success.

Requirements:

• Relevant post-secondary education
• Minimum four years in progressive retail supervision
• Success achieving sales and profitability targets in large-volume stores
