As Manager, Revenue Accounting & Reporting, you will report to the Director of Finance in a full time, permanent position. You will ensure accurate, timely revenue data while translating complex information into actionable insights. The role supports senior leadership decision-making through accounting, CRM, and reporting expertise.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee revenue data management and monthly reporting Complete reconciliations across banks, accounting, and CRM systems Prepare or review monthly revenue journal entries Manage Gift in Kind revenue collection and valuation Ensure compliance with audit, legal, and donor requirements

Requirements:
Post-secondary accounting or business education, or equivalent experience Five-plus years in related accounting positions Proficiency with finance software and CRM systems Excellent Excel and Microsoft Office skills Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills Bring revenue accounting, CRM, reconciliation, and reporting expertise to Make-A-Wish Canada's finance team across the country.
