The Operations Supervisor supports the Canadian-side store at Ambassador Bridge Plaza. This retail leadership role includes coaching employees, enforcing policies, maintaining inventories, and supporting excellent guest service. The schedule is part-time, Thursday through Saturday, from 5 p.m. to 5 a.m.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coach, develop, counsel, and discipline store employees
- Enforce policies and procedures for legal compliance
- Maintain inventories and merchandise availability
- Display products and run sales promotions

Requirements:
- Previous retail store supervising experience
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
