As Clinical Extern Educator, you coordinate development for clinical nurse externs and Internationally Educated Nurse learners. You will lead onboarding, orientation, mentorship, practice development, and competency evaluation across varying clinical environments. The position supports clinical integration, career development plans, and supervised nursing practice through the SPEP program. Key Responsibilities:

Lead extern and IEN learner onboarding, education, and practice development Create, deliver, and assess orientation and learning resources Track skill achievement and document learner development Monitor evaluations,



learning objectives, plans, and action plans Collaborate with educators, managers, Professional Practice, and Human Resources Requirements:

Bachelor of Science in Nursing required Regulated healthcare professional designation Three years teaching, learner support, or preceptoring experience Three years acute care experience Two years front-line leadership experience Apply professional practice standards, communication, and clinical education expertise supporting learners at North York General.
