As IT & Systems Manager at Bells of Steel, you will lead a small technical team and govern internal tool development. You will own ERP, data, email, devices, security, and warehouse technology. The work combines architecture, code review, automation, production operations, and practical troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead developers and coordinate with the contract AI engineer
- Set development, code review, release, and rollback standards
- Build internal tools, automations, MCP integrations, and dashboards
- Own ERP, data, email, devices, networks, and security




- Coach teams to build and use AI safely

Requirements:

- Usually five or more years owning IT, systems, or software
- Production experience with ERP or warehouse systems
- Experience leading developers and reviewing code
- Working knowledge of APIs, SQL, Git, and TypeScript or Python
- Experience with identity, access, security, backups, and incident response
