As a Customer Service Representative, you will assist members and potential members throughout their Club experience. The role includes greeting visitors, operating systems, selling memberships and services, and helping with FitFix and Cardio machines. You will also address concerns professionally while maintaining cleanliness and completing required learning.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist members with FitFix and Cardio machine questions
- Explain memberships, services, amenities, and available products
- Sell memberships, services, products, and amenities when appropriate
- Handle comments,



suggestions, and concerns courteously
- Attend monthly meetings and complete required learning

Requirements:

- Knowledge of the fitness industry
- Superior customer service and relationship-building abilities
- Robust interpersonal savvy, approachability, and diplomacy
- Ability to work cooperatively across teams
- Computer proficiency with excellent communication skills
