Our client is seeking a Equipment Operator / Warehouse Associate to join their team. As an Equipment Operator you will be part of the warehouse operations team supporting daily distribution activities. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, reliable safety habits, and the drive to keep inventory moving accurately which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Equipment Operator / Warehouse Associate

Location: Mississauga, ON

Pay Range: $24.00/hour

Shift: Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM

What's the Job?

- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently to support warehouse workflows
- Receive, move, store, and transport materials throughout the warehouse while maintaining accuracy
- Load and unload shipments accurately to support on-time distribution
- Support receiving, inventory control, and material handling activities, including maintaining organized work areas
- Follow warehouse procedures and safety guidelines, including completing documentation and maintaining inventory records

What's Needed?

- Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience in a warehousing environment
- Basic computer skills and working knowledge of WMS (Warehouse Management Systems)
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications
- Understanding of 5S principles and warehouse standards
- Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, problem solving, and teamwork
