Serve residents and guests with professionalism as a part time Dietary Aide at Extendicare. Support meal setup, service, cleanup, and tray delivery.

Reporting to the Food Services Supervisor, the Dietary Aide supports meal services throughout the Home. You will prepare beverages, salads, desserts, and other service items. The position includes dining table service, dishware cleaning, kitchen cleanliness, catering, and special occasions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve meals professionally and courteously to residents and guests
- Set up beverages, salads, desserts, and service items
- Set and explicit dining tables and deliver trays
- Clean dishware and cutlery after each seating
- Maintain kitchen and dining area cleanliness

Requirements:

- Current Food Handler's Certificate
- Excellent customer service skills
- Previous food service or seniors' experience preferred
- Ability to lift and transfer heavy, hot items
- Current Vulnerable Sector Check or willingness to obtain one
