Radformation seeks a RadMonteCarlo Product Manager with clinical physics and Monte Carlo expertise for its fully remote team. Shape ClearCalc features supporting radiation oncology workflows.
This Product Manager works with the primary ClearCalc Product Manager, Engineering, and QA. The position translates clinical workflows into technically sound, clinically meaningful enhancements. It supports productive, confident treatment-plan validation while addressing customer needs, releases, testing, and quality requirements.
Key Responsibilities: Support feature prioritization and define product specifications
Coordinate product releases, requirements, and timelines
Test versions and features, including regression testing
Investigate issues from testing and clinical users
Partner with Support and Customer Success on complex issues
Requirements: Five or more years as a clinical medical physicist
Direct experience commissioning treatment planning algorithms
Experience configuring and validating Monte Carlo algorithms
Strong understanding of radiation oncology clinical workflows
Familiarity with ClearCalc is preferred
Apply clinical physics, Monte Carlo calculation, and product coordination expertise to advance ClearCalc for radiation oncology clinics.
