This Director of Finance role supports a North American renewable energy portfolio. You will oversee corporate finance, project finance, budgeting, reporting, and capital planning. Key Responsibilities: Lead Canadian financial planning and corporate budgeting
Develop corporate models, forecasts, and reporting frameworks
Structure debt, equity, tax equity, and project financing
Build models for solar, BESS, wind, and hybrid projects
Oversee reporting, compliance, controls, and financial due diligence
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field
Seven to ten-plus years in relevant finance sectors
Robust renewable energy financial modeling experience
Advanced Excel financial modeling capabilities
CPA designation preferred
