As Growth Manager, you will own performance and lifecycle marketing for Wealthsimple’s active trader and crypto business. You will acquire traders, convert accounts into funded activity, and deepen engagement across products and advantages. Success depends on paid media, lifecycle journeys, funnel analytics, and cross-functional partnership.
Key Responsibilities: Own demand generation across trader and crypto channels
Manage budgets, vendors, media buys, and testing
Build activation, funding, first-trade, and re-engagement journeys
Coordinate launches across paid, lifecycle, web, and product surfaces




Report funnel performance and recommend testing priorities
Requirements: Four to six years in performance, growth, or lifecycle marketing
Hands-on paid media budget and campaign management experience
Lifecycle platform experience with Braze, Iterable, HubSpot, or similar
Experience marketing to engaged, high-intent consumer audiences
Analytical, cross-functional, and AI-enabled working approach
Build Wealthsimple’s active-trader and crypto growth engine through paid media, lifecycle expertise, testing, and analytics.
