This Lead Customer Success Manager role focuses on complex enterprise customers and the insurance brokerage processes they depend on. You will translate Quandri’s AI platform into business outcomes, guide adoption, and strengthen relationships across operational, technical, and executive stakeholders. The work combines success planning, account management, renewal forecasting, and expansion support.
Key Responsibilities: Become an expert in Quandri products and communicate customer value
Provide adoption and change management sessions for customer teams
Build multithreaded executive, operational, and technical connections
Collaborate with Sales on expansion and upsell opportunities
Lead onsite workshops and customer working sessions
Requirements: Knowledge of insurance brokerage or personal lines workflows
Five-plus years in SaaS Customer Success or Account Management
Strong qualified listening and communication abilities
Experience orchestrating multi-region transformation programs
Flawless English communication and commanding executive presence
