As a Staff Product Manager, you will own a major product area spanning onboarding, consolidation, and the Tiers program. You will define strategy, guide complex cross-functional work, and help clients move more of their financial lives to Wealthsimple. The work combines customer-facing products, platform thinking, and sustained iteration.
Key Responsibilities: Define product vision and strategy for high-net-worth clients
Own the roadmap for evolving Wealthsimple’s Tiers program
Build personalized consolidation experiences across the funding funnel
Coordinate engineers, designers,
and data scientists
Partner with Marketing, Operations, Legal, and Compliance
Requirements: Experience shipping customer-facing and platform products
Ability to lead complex cross-functional projects
Technical fluency in architecture and tradeoffs
Systems thinking and rigorous problem-solving skills
Belief in financial inclusion and client access
