Lead data center manufacturing operations in Calgary with SQDC accountability, Lean Manufacturing expertise, and on-site leadership across multiple production areas.
SLB seeks a Production Manager for its Recent Energy & Industrial Data Center infrastructure solutions business. You will lead approximately 4–6 Production Supervisors and 100–130 employees. The role focuses on safe, efficient, cost-effective delivery while supporting manufacturing strategies for growing data center operations.
Key Responsibilities: Lead facility production operations and achieve SQDC objectives
Maintain HSE compliance, risk mitigation, and reporting practices
Implement tier meetings, visual management, and standardized work
Drive Kaizen, problem-solving, and waste elimination initiatives




Develop frontline leaders and succession planning
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience
At least seven years of manufacturing leadership experience
At least three years managing multiple production areas
Experience leading manufacturing teams exceeding 75 employees
Experience improving SQDC performance and operational excellence
Bring production leadership, Lean Manufacturing, and workforce planning expertise to SLB’s Calgary data center manufacturing operations.
