As Associate Counsel, you will report to Legal Counsel and advise teams across Jerry.ai. Your work will cover contracts, product launches, insurance, consumer regulation, privacy, and disputes. You will develop practical recommendations and manage matters through resolution.
Key Responsibilities: Draft, review, and negotiate agreements with carriers and vendors
Identify material risks and propose practical contractual terms
Coordinate negotiations and internal execution processes
Improve legal templates, guidance, and workflows
Manage assigned matters through implementation and resolution
Requirements: JD or LLM with high academic performance
Admission in one U.S. state or Ontario, in good standing
Two or more years of relevant legal experience
Commercial agreement drafting, review, or negotiation experience
Strong legal research, analysis, and writing skills
Bring commercial contracting, practical judgment, and accountable matter management to Jerry.ai’s growing legal team.
