Lead cybersecurity strategy at TRAFFIX through Azure security and AI governance, shaping protection across a cloud-first logistics setting. This is a full-time leadership position.
Reporting to the CTO, the Cyber and AI Security Leader owns the TRAFFIX Security Program and its security roadmap. You will guide Microsoft and Azure security, establish safeguards for Copilot and autonomous agents, and advise senior leadership. The role combines identity, data protection, incident response, and security architecture across Microsoft 365 and Fabric.
Key Responsibilities: Build and drive the cybersecurity strategy and roadmap
Establish guardrails for AI, Copilot, and AI agents
Strengthen Azure cloud and application security
Lead Sentinel, Defender, vulnerability management,



and incident response
Develop the security analyst team
Requirements: Seven-plus years in information security
Two-plus years of leadership experience
Hands-on Azure and Microsoft security stack experience
Cloud identity, incident response, and security architecture experience
Knowledge of SOC 2, NIST CSF, CIS Controls, or ISO 27001
Shape TRAFFIX security through Azure expertise, AI safeguards, Microsoft technologies, and practical cybersecurity leadership across the organization.
