This permanent part-time position supports Bento’s sushi bar operations from Monday to Friday, 6:30 am to 2:00 pm. You will prepare products according to recipes, maintain food safety logs, and track production. The work also includes inventory organization, basic technology, and collaboration with store employees. Full training is provided, and prior sushi experience is not required.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
