Clutch seeks a Vehicle Delivery Specialist to represent its online car-buying experience directly with customers. You will transport client vehicles, inspect cosmetic and mechanical details, resolve customer needs, and complete accurate documentation. The role requires automotive experience, customer-facing experience, and careful driving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate flatbed trucks across Southern Ontario
- Transport client vehicles directly to customers’ front doors
- Address customer needs and resolve service issues
- Inspect vehicles for cosmetic and mechanical concerns
- Complete paperwork and customer tracking notes accurately
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One or more years transporting vehicles
- Two or more years customer-facing experience
- Valid Ontario G driver’s licence and clean abstract
- Legal authorization to work in Canada
