Lead PCB programs at TTM Technologies using customer advocacy, program management, and manufacturing coordination in a customer-facing environment.

The Program Manager owns assigned customer programs from quotation through full-scale production. This role coordinates engineering, manufacturing operations, quality, supply chain, and sales teams. Success depends on PCB fabrication knowledge, structured milestone tracking, and explicit communication across departments and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own NPI, prototype builds, and volume-production program delivery
- Track OTD, yield, cost, RMAs, and customer scorecards
- Represent customer needs and resolve issues proactively
- Coordinate manufacturability, tooling, documentation, and yield improvements




- Manage schedules, capacity, materials, and order status

Requirements:

- Five-plus years customer-facing and program management experience
- Three-plus years program or project management experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent manufacturing program management experience
- Working knowledge of PCB fabrication
- Oracle ERP experience preferred or required
