As a Manager, you will advise senior stakeholders, guide consulting teams, and connect people, organization, business, and technology. Your work will support enterprise and functional transformations across diverse value chains.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage teams delivering organizational design and operating model blueprints
- Lead analytics-driven organizational transformation engagements
- Architect agile and resilient models with senior clients
- Co-create design alternatives and align leadership groups
- Develop roadmaps for implementation, change, and process monitoring
Requirements:
- At least five years of consulting experience or equivalent
- Experience co-creating operating models with C-suite executives
- Experience designing and implementing organization structure changes
- Experience using AI tools to analyze organizational data
- Bachelor’s degree and English proficiency required
