Fasken seeks a motivated Paralegal for its busy Corporate Real Estate Team. The position handles commercial transactions, land assembly, development closings, and real estate financing. Success requires BC Land Title Office knowledge, e-filing capability, strong writing, and careful organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage acquisition and sale closing agendas and documentation
- Prepare closing document books for commercial transactions
- Handle covenants, easements, rights of way, and registrations




- Prepare mortgages and related financing security documents
- Complete due diligence searches and reporting

Requirements:

- Two or more years in a similar role
- Understanding of BC Land Title Office registration requirements
- Capability with e-filing and BC Online databases
- Knowledge of real estate contracts, terminology, and forms
- Excellent communication, analytical, writing, and organizational skills
