Kaplan International Pathways seeks a Student Success Manager for the Year One Foundation Program. This leadership role oversees advising, orientation, engagement, student support, and wellbeing initiatives. You will lead the Student Success Team, maintain service standards, and use feedback and performance data to improve delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Recruit, supervise, coach, and develop Student Success Team members
- Set priorities, goals, workloads, schedules, and performance expectations
- Oversee advising, orientation, transition, engagement, and wellbeing programming




- Manage complex student wellbeing and student of concern cases
- Evaluate services, feedback, data, and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

- University degree in a related field
- Four years leading teams in relevant environments
- Two to three years supporting student success and advising
- Experience supporting international students and diverse populations
- Solid communication, planning, project management, and conflict management skills
